Teething is NOT a favorite BUT Barrett has popped out 3 teeth in about 10 days and has one more molar to go. I'm hoping it comes in fast and then we can be done for a while. I need my sweet boy back. But look how adorable he is!

Barrett's favorite this week is Milam. Georgia was always by far his favorite sibling but the more independent he gets the more he's gravitating to Milam and it is so sweet to watch their relationship grow.
Oh y'all I could hardly contain my laughter at this kid's "nap time" adventure. Lordy. Luckily, he is so super cute.
The Texas sunset was showing off the other day. We were backing out of the driveway and Georgia just said, "whoa!" I saw pictures this same day all over FB and insta from all over Texas of the beautiful sunrise.
This kid is getting too big for this momma heart. He was stealing my oatmeal so I made him a little bowl and sat it on the counter. I turned around and he was sitting at the table just like a big boy. He had put the bowl there himself and sat down to eat. Didn't know if I should cry or be proud.
My second loaf of banana bread to make ever and I think it turned out better than the first. The first was good but I didn't really stick to the recipe. I changed this recipe a little as well but I think I still like it better. Banana bread is just the easiest breakfast for my family. Makes a good after school snack too.
I took some decent pictures of Milam before his race this week. He looked so cute.
And, he apparently had the biggest cheering section. Jonathan said nobody else was cheering. At all. For anyone. Just little Milam's squad yelling, and screaming, and jumping. So funny and good for them!
Sorry, I feel like I never get any pictures of Georgia anymore. She's getting a little too cool these days for me to snap random ones. Mom's are no fun. Ha.

Beautiful sunrise! And so sad and cute about Barrett sitting on the regular bench by himself...the end of a high chair era, huh?
