PUMPKIN/CHEESECAKE FREEZER PIE
buy one Graham cracker crust
Filling:
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream sweetened with two tbs. Splenda
1 package Jell-O cheesecake pudding mix
1 can pumpkin puree (I only use about half the can)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Add pumpkin, cheesecake pudding mix, and cinnamon. Fold in slowly. Scoop mixture onto pie crust and refrigerate for about an hour. Garnish with Cinnamon or Nutmeg.
