Another Weekend Gone

April 10, 2011

{Link up with Miscellany Monday HERE!}

One less weekend until Georgia is here!

Friday:
We went to dinner with some friends.

Shopped around for a fake ring because mine is getting super uncomfortable.  I'm too scared it will get stuck and will have to be cut off or something.  I couldn't handle that.  I can't find one small enough though.  I wear a 4.75 so I only need like a 5 but the smallest cheap ring I can find is a size 7 which is too big.

Saturday:
We went to my 3 year old nephew's first T-ball game.  It was hysterical.
(I distorted his last name on the chair since he's not my kid)
Please notice the curls coming out of his hat.  So cute!

When I got home I took like a 2 hour nap because the T-ball game was at 8:15 in the morning.  I never am up that early since I only work in the afternoons.

Then, we cleaned the house, ate dinner while watching Black Swan, and had success in finding me a fake ring.

Sunday:
I had baby shower #3 with some ladies from sunday school.  Super fun and got some really great stuff!

My mom and I.

My yummy dessert!

Super excited about bows!

My MIL brought over G's finished bedding!  Here is a sneak peak :)

I also bought a monogrammer on sunday!  YAY me :)

Hope everyone else had a LOVELY weekend!

Love the bedding!
I was going to get a fake ring too, but I didn't want to go out and buy it and look like I was trying to appear married just because I was pregnant. And John didn't want to buy it and seem like a cheap guy! So neither one of us bought one. But I sure wish I would have!

I ended up buying a fake ring. The smallest I could find was a 6 and it's too big. I guess there's no good solution when it comes to the ring thing. I love the bow. I've been making tons of bows for Emerson. I think they will make every outfit look adorable.

Tball is so fun to watch! Love the material for the bedding! The colors are perfect...love how vibrant they are! Love the ring idea...my mom had a simple gold band that she got when she was pregnant with me and I always thought that was so special to have!
