You call pointless meetings (without warning or planning) and waste people's time because you have nothing planned that you would like to discuss.
You don't care about teaching, or those teachers you rudely call "teaching all-stars" and think your non educational agenda is more important than teaching time or planning time.
You embarrass your employees in front of their coworkers ON PURPOSE by:
-calling them "hopeless & worthless"
-sending them on demeaning errands
-telling others, who don't work for you, how to do their job
-implying that some classes that are taught are not important
-putting down your employees with demeaning comments during meetings.
And, it's not just me that doesn't care for you. Your fans are few and far between.

Oh wow! Being a teacher myself, I totally can relate to this open letter - we all have that person to deal with - those that really don't care about the kids or teaching. It's so sad!
