Stole this idea from someone who left me a sweet comment :)

Here are my health tips:

- Always wear sunscreen. I am NOT tan and I am usually 100% OK with that. Both of my parents have had skin cancer several times so I really don't want to take my chances.

- Never eat fast food. Ugh...gross. It just makes my stomach hurt thinking about it. Eww.

- Never drink cokes (sodas, pop...whatever you call them). I just don't like them and they're not good for you. I've actually started to like water A LOT lately. I'm always craving a glass of ice water :)

- Try to exercise at least 3 times a week. I've just started running and it feels SO GOOD! Who would have thought! Hmmm...not me, that's for sure!

- Eat healthy in general! We try to use organic, free range, low fat, fat free, or whole grain whenever we can and if we like it! If it just plain taste bad then we just don't go for it.

Wow, I'm shocked you guys never eat fast food and proud of you!

I've been trying to reprogram my overweight self that fast food is horrible! I watched a couple documentry's from the library: King Corn and Food, INC. They totally helped brainwashed me that fast food is bad! :) It's been about 2 weeks of no fast food and I do feel better not eating that junk!
