Home Tour - Foyer/Halls

December 3, 2010

This week's Kelly's Korner Tour is Foyers and Hallways.

Welcome!

This is the view when you walk in the door.  The hubs did all the lighting.  Yes, I have a ton of color going on in here.  Lime green, teal, and turquoise...but I love color.

To the left is our travel wall.  I LOVE this!  I redid the bench.  I found it on the side of the road and now it's beautiful!

Close up of the entry area to the right.  I bought the sign and didn't realize until I brought it home that "Sufficent" is spelled wrong...whatev.  My favorite things here are the table and the little brown bear.  My college mascot is the bear so I tend to buy anything with bears these days.

A different angle.  In the right hand corner is where the Big Dog eats.

If you keep walking you'll get to this nook.  We turned it into a built in desk and love it's function.

View from the living room.

Family photo wall!

Street art we picked up in Portugal and Spain this summer.

The entry into the small hall with the nursery to the right, bath room dead ahead, and office/guest room to the left.  The yellow sign before you get to the nursery says, "Keep Calm and Carry On".  I'll need to remember that when there is a crying little one in there!  ha!

Wedding memory wall.  The canvas picture is my favorite engagement picture.  I still don't totally like this little hall way.  It needs some tweaking but I'll get there.

Thanks for touring my halls :)
