BABY SHOWER

This weekend was my FIRST baby shower and it was a HUGE success!  (I now have 40 thank you notes to write never mind that I still have 3 more showers to go.)  Jonathan and I feel very blessed to have such wonderful family and friends who care so much!

Here are some of my favorite pictures from the big day.

Megan and Jaclyn came to the shower!  I was so excited.  I'm not really that short.  They have on what I call "hooker heels" while I had on flats :)

LOVED the cake my sister in law brought!

This sign my sister in law made to hang on the hospital door.  LOVE IT!  It matches her bedding fabric perfectly.

Also from the SIL.  They are Baylor bottle lables.  One of her friends made them.

Clearly, very excited about the Janie and Jack swimsuit from my Aunt.  Have you ever seen anything so cute?

Jac's car all packed up!  The amount of stuff is RIDICULOUS!

While Jonathan worked on putting together the stroller...

the girls and I began to organize the nursery.

Then I modeled the stroller.  In this setting it's when they can control their head movement.

This adorable setting is for the newbie baby.  I'm obsessed!

Jonathan's mom made this quilt.  I can't even say how much I love it!  It's paper doll fabric.  So cute!

Our nephews, Zakary and Caleb made this for Georgia.  The spots are the boy's finger prints.  How sweet!

Here is her swing.  We only registered for the travel size.  I don't care for how much space the large ones take up.  My SIL always used the travel size one and I always loved that it was so compact.

I love her bouncy chair.  I tried to go with gender neutral items that would work for a boy if we have one next.

Over all, it was a GREAT shower.  I am so thankful :)

It looks like you had an awesome shower and little Georgia is already well loved! I'm thinking about just going with a travel swing too. I like the features of the regular size but they are just so big.
