What I'm Loving Wednesday

We recently had our TWO YEAR home anniversary. Buying a home for the first time was so scary but looking back now I have no idea why. It was a great decision and I love our first home!

19 days until G's due date! We're now in the "teens" people!

I had a good dr's appointment yesterday. Baby hasn't "dropped" although she is head down. Not dilated or effaced and I am 100% ok with all of that. I've known dozens of people who walk around for weeks after their doctor tells them it could be "any day" and I've known others who's water broke out of nowhere. You just never really know. I feel that when most people reach "full term" they are ready to pop the baby out but I'm really not. Yes, I am anxious to meet her but I want her to pack on all the pounds she can before she makes her debut...so honestly, I don't care how long she takes. 3 weeks until my due date already sounds WAY to close to me! So, for those wondering...no baby this week. Also, blood pressure was good and I'm up 1 lb putting me at +17 total. Something I AM NOT loving right now is PUPPP. It's a pregnancy rash on your tummy and it ITCHES BAD! The odd thing about me having it is that it usually forms in your stretch marks. Well, I don't have any stretch marks. Also, 70% of women who get it have boys. I'm having a girl. Also, it is very common with large babies or multiples...I'm guessing because you are bigger than the normal pregnancy. So, I have none of the factors associated with it but somehow I have it. If you google it just know the pictures are HORRENDOUS and mine does not look like that. Mine looks like an allergic reaction...but it still sucks. Good news- my dr. told me what to take to hopefully make it clear up! YAY!
So, here I am at 37 weeks and 2 days...and counting.

I had Pupp too when I was pregnant, I went through two tubes of Hydrocrotison cream. It came at the end of my pregancy, I think that was the only thing in my pregnancy that I really wish had not happened. I also had a girl,& I think I did have a big belly but then again I felt huge at the end:)
WOW! 19 days?! Thats crazy!
ps...what camera do you have?
I felt the same way when I hit full term- I just wanted to enjoy my last days pregnant. And, I was one of those people who went to the doctor and she said that there was no way a baby was coming that week....48 hours later I was in full blown labor! ha! I almost laughed in that doctor's face when she was on call at the hospital during my delivery :)
You look wonderful!!
And your house is great!
Our two year home anniversary will be in October... so soon!!
Time flies!
What a beautiful house! Our two-year house anniversary is in November. Time flies! And you are right, it's scary to buy, but so nice :)

Love your house! You are seriously such a cute pregger!! And I like that show on Bio too! Sometimes though, it creeps me out!
Emily you look so beautiful and your tummy is just too cute. Buying a house for us was a little stressful but closing wasn't [yeah HGTV can sometimes make it so dramatic hehehe]. I can't wait to see Georgia! She is going to be one lucky/photogenic lady just like her mama.

You look great!! I love that show I Survived too..its sooo good!
I was the same as you and wasn't ready to go into labor as soon as I reached full term, I wanted to enjoy my last few weeks. Enjoy them :)
Girl you look good for 37 weeks! Enjoy your last couple of weeks:)
PUPP.YUCK. I got it right before I delivered my son, but I had all the things you mentioned. Boy? Check. Stretch marks? Unfortunately, check. Big Baby? Check. The other bad thing is that they got much worse before they got better. And they spread. It was like having the chicken pox all over again! I so hope that doesn't happen for you.. I just want you to be prepared! If you don't mind me asking, what did your dr tell you to take? Mine just gave me hydrocortisone creme and it did nothing for me!
Oh and your house is beautiful! Congrats on 2 years of being a home owner!
