Here is whats been happening around here lately...
Georgia is feeling better and eating normally again...although her dad is not a good babysitter.
Friday was a LONG day. I was so sleepy and not feeling good at all! Jonathan had a soccer game so it was just me and my girl all day. Jonathan didn't see G at all on Friday so I tried to make the best of it.
We had a good weekend...aside from me being sick and having so much sinus pressure I felt like my head would explode.
On Saturday we just wanted to lay low and not do much. I made some edible finger paint for Georgia (find the recipe HERE) and let her go to town on the back porch. She had a great time. We also took her for a ride in her wagon...which she is always trying to climb out of!
We ended the day with Mexican food. Georgia loved it of course but I didn't have the flash on my phone's camera so the picture is REALLY dark!
Sunday we went to church but came home early because a) my sinus pressure was horrible and b) I was about to fall asleep during the service from all my sinus meds! ha!

Sorry to hear that you haven't been feeling well! I hope that sinus stuff goes away soon. I love all of the pics with the edible finger paint. I'm definitely going to have to try that with E.
Hope you feel better soon, Emily. I have been sick for about a week, so I can understand what you said about your head exploding! G is so cute!! I am pretty jealous of your warm enough weather to paint outside, and walk in flip flops!
So sorry you're under the weather :-( No fun. Love the edible paint! Maybe when it warms up in the spring here I'll get to try that with Emma Claire! :-)
oh hope you feel better soon! Being sick is bad enough and then taking care of a baby while sick...no fun. Love the fingerpainting idea with edible paint! I'm going to have to bookmark that so that I have it on hand a few months down the road. Hope you have a good start to your week!

I love the idea of making edible finger paint! Thanks for sharing the link. I hope you start to feel better soon--I had a terrible cold and then a sinus infection since pretty much Christmas. I'm ready to feel better!
