Homemade Crayons!

March 2, 2010

Making big crayons! 170 degrees for 20 minutes and you get BIG crayons! Here is the process via pictures.

3rd grade self portraits. no pencils or scissors allowed. I love the difference between boy art and girl art.

I did one of those free canvas things online. Well, I got it in today and I loved it! Here is a picture of the whole grouping and then a close up of the actual canvas.

what an awesome idea with those crayons! I will need to try it. Love the canvas, too! Your home is coming together nicely - want to come do mine?! :)

I've done the crayon thing, too, except melted them in a pan and poured them into candy molds. Your way looks easier! I love the bedroom and your canvas art!
