First up is this bench. Ok, I know...the color is terrible and so is the cushion, it has mud caked on the feet AND I found it on the side of the road BUT all of that aside, aren't the lines of it beautiful?! I'm for sure painting it white but I have no clue what fabric to upholster it with or where to put it when I'm done...I'm sure I'll find a spot ;)
As you can see in the photo our garage is just sheet rock. I'm going to paint the garage this summer...probably just gray or primer (nothing fancy) but I am going to paint the floor as well. The floor is where it is going to be fun. I'm pretty sure I want to paint a shuffleboard on the garage floor. I LOVE shuffleboard so how cool would that be???
If you visit the "Home Tour" button you'll see that our back yard and back porch are in desperate need of some attention. I'm going to repaint our patio chairs (fun color?) and buy some additional seating for when Rachel and Erik come over. We want to plant at least 2 fruit trees and I'm going to add some new lighting. I honestly can't wait!
I also have a few photo album projects in the works and a few small projects for the inside of the house...like figuring out what to do with the entry...
24 days left until summer...but who's counting?

I can't believe you found that fantastic bench on the side of the road. It will look fantastic when you're done with it!
That bench is gorgeous! So much potential. I can't wait to see what you transform it into.
