Our Lovely Weekend

April 3, 2011

I'll be linking up to Miscellany Monday.  You can link up HERE.

Here is our weekend in a nutshell:

Friday:
Bought a new car!

Saturday:
Worked in the nursery.
(Just a preview)

Decorated for Easter.

...and I'm still making the sign for the front door.  I'll post a picture when I am done.

Tried the strawberries we are growing.
SUCCESS!

Then, we were off to a wedding.

Sunday:
Went to church
Hung out with my family for my brother's birthday!
(I brought my camera but forgot my memory card.  boo)
Finished up some yard work

It was a nice weekend

LOVE the prints you framed in Georgia's room! I am wanting to do that for a friend of mine...did you buy those prints somewhere or design them yourself? if so, with what?

love the pink and yellow combination in the nursery! Love the new car too...and can I just add that I am floored that people would comment such silly things...especially having to make them anonymous to have the guts to even post them. I mean really...didn't they learn that if you don't have anything nice to say...don't say it at all?!

love how you handled the situation and stuck up for all of us hard-working, hard-saving teachers! ;)
