Lately...

(Linking up HERE!)

Jonathan goes back to work today after 2 weeks off.  The days have just been running together and I forget what is the weekend and what isn't.

Anyway, here is what we have been up to lately.

I received G's one year book, I ordered her birthday book, and I ordered prints of a lot of photos from 9-12 months.  Feels good to have gotten all of that done!

We've spent A LOT of time with "dada!" doing summery things!

Georgia's been super busy being super adorable and painting her own cup liner!  With a paint brush I might add!

And, she ate some deodorant.  YUM!

Jonathan made AWESOME dinners!  They ended up IN bellies and ON bellies!

My windshield got broken.  UGH!  (And, it's been rainy.)

We celebrated Father's day.  I gave Jonathan a bike trailer last week and he finished getting his concealed hand gun license.  Georgia also made him a card.  It was the picture I used at the bottom of her 13 month update.  We also went out to dinner with my dad, step mom, in-laws, brother and his girl friend.

I finally got around to putting away most of Georgia's clothes from about 6-12 months.  Lordy, this girl has some clothes.  If she is our only girl it will be a shame.  I also re organized her closet.

Hand me down pile that inspired the closet clean out because we were all out of hangers.

Here was the situation in her room before!  It was b.a.d.

In her closet there was a pile of clothes nearly touching the ceiling that hadn't been packed away.  The hanging clothes were all messed up and the floor was a mess.  The hand me downs were all piled on the changing table and under it was a pile of stuff the be packed away and oxi cleaned.  The cabinet had all of her blankets and sheets plus more hanging clothes space.  It also holds her socks, tights, cardigans, bibs, burp cloths, and head bands.

Now, it's much better!

The cabinet hanging section now has her short sleeved shirts and tanks, shorts, pants, and jackets.  I moved the blankets and sheets to the bin at the bottom of her closet.  Hanging the entire length of her closet's top rack is just dresses and bubbles.  The bottom hanging rack is for tutus and fluffy skirts.

Georgia and my niece Molly Kate played in the sprinkler.  They just have the best time together.  Oh, and Jonathan pulled them around my mom's house on a blanket.  They loved it!  They are almost exactly 13 months apart.  13 months and one day.  I love watching them become friends!

And lastly, Georgia's reaction to being taken out of the swing.  Poor thing just loves to swing.  My sweet girl!

Phew...I think that just about covers it.

Happy Monday!

The denim dress looks so cute on Peach!!!! I am so glad she can wear some of the stuff we outgrow.....I don't feel so bad about getting rid of it, knowing someone will use it. Peach---just as cute as always.

Oh wow...glad you got to tackle that clothing situation! I've had that going on too...just piles I need to take to her bins, but they are currently out of reach due to playroom construction! Seeing yours makes me really itch to get things organized though. And boy, that girl has A LOT of shoes!!

Good job on the closet redo, girlfriend has got some clothes!

How did you do her one year book? Is it just pictures or did you write out her monthly updates/stats etc? I haven't made one for Liam yet because I can't decide what type of layout I want to do!

I am so impressed that you are done with G's first year book. I am ashamed to say that I haven't even started. Like Lyndsey, I can't make up my mind on how I want to do it!
