Week in the life TWENTY!

May 29, 2018

I've officially done a week in review TWENTY times!  Here's to consistency in the world of dying blogs.  IF you still blog please leave me a comment so I can follow along.  I have almost no "smaller" blogs to read these days.  Most of mine are mega bloggers.

We tried some new products this week from Influenster.
Mott's
Bark Box
But mainly this week we've just been slowing the role on school and gearing up for SUMMER!  Georgia's had a lot of themed days at school and even had field day!  It was so hot and humid but I know she had fun.  I had to cut my time short because Milam was losing his mind that he couldn't play as well :(
Georgia and her best friend, Abigail
And our adorable little neighbor, Ethan
 Sour patch baby
We leave for Disney next month.  I'm excited but not nearly as excited as most
We had Georgia's room painted.  Now we need to add the paneling below the flowers
Milam started gymnastics.  I'm going to give it a few months and if he's still a total hot mess then we'll be dropping it.  I was so excited because I thought he would love it but he was totally overwhelmed which made him cranky.  He wanted to do everything right that moment.
Georgia's balance bike that Milam uses broke the other day (our 1965 garage is a total disaster) and Milam was trying so hard to find something that would fix it.  Don't worry.  Momma fixed it with a zip tie :)

Fro-yo night!
On Sunday Georgia had a little friend over, after church, and they made a ton of slime.  Then we walked down to their house to swim and have dinner.  We had so much fun.
On Monday we went on a walk, went to the splash pad, had a picnic lunch, and then G and J and went kayaking.  When they got home we grilled and the kids played outside.

I'm still writing about our simple life. I'm not sure you can even call it a blog, but it's still there. I love reading yours & glad you've kept yours more personal instead of making it a "business".

I've been reading your blog since before Georgia was born. My daughter is a few months younger than she is. I don't have a blog, but I really enjoy reading yours. Thanks for keeping it up and making it personal!

Ah, I love all these pictures! I keep wanting to let my kids try gymnastics, but it's SO EXPENSIVE around here. Do you guys just do gymnastics at a rec center, or somewhere else? It's so hard to find consistent smaller blogs to read. :-/ I'm with you. I still want to help bring casual blogging back, but I don't know how to find my peeps! :-( My favorites to read that are pretty consistent are michellesncheese.blogspot.com, itsjustangi.blogspot.com, ohlauradarling.blogspot.com, and mrshein.blogspot.com.

Also, are you having problems with comments not sending to your email? I can't respond via email right now, and it's annoying me!

Yes! Lots of blogger comment issues! Mine take at a competitive gym but they have all levels of classes. I want to say it’s $80 something a class but the more classes you take the less they are. Milam’s class ended up only being $50 something I think. Right now I’m paying for 3 classes and it is still under $180 a month I believe.
